Government as well, is, as china has risen over the last 20plus years now to take its rightful place as an economic power in the world, moving hundreds of millions of their people out of poverty into middleclass status, india, too, has been rising. And i commented on this again in the remarks. And as we watch how these two very large nations are taking their rightful place in the global economy, theyve gone about it in different ways. And i touched on that. And i think thats why the u. S. Now sees this as an important point in thinking about the next century of our relationships. The premise of this Research Project was around what would we be able to do with data that is freely available in the environment today. One of the things we noticed is that there are a lot of aircraft flying around in the United States that could be considered sensors. They have data on them. They are providing information. It is relatively freely available. It is provided by the faa. And there are Companies Like flight aware that use that information to provide information to the public about what your plans are doing. We decided to take that information and see if we could use that to help us predict a more accurate wins a lot forecast.
