A third officer was accused of recklessly firing into a neighbors apartment. The grand jurys decision sparked protest tonight. In louisville two Police Officers were shot and wounded in the upheaval. The gunfire erupted as hundreds of people marched through downtown louisville. Video live streamed by Police Showed projectiles launching from the area during that time. Two officers were shot, both went to the hospital where one is undergoing surgery. Their injuries are not considered to be life threatening. Police say one person has been arrested for the shooting. In the bay area roughly 300 people gathered in oakland to protest the grand jurys decision. The demonstration started at lake merritt, followed by a march through downtown.
