A Calgary man has been charged in relation to an international trafficking scheme to export methamphetamine from Alberta to Australia following a months-long investigation.
The Integrated Border Enforcement Team (IBET) arrested and charged the 31-year-old man with multiple drug trafficking offences after seizing about three kilograms of methamphetamine that was being shipped to Australia, according to a release from RCMP.

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) officers located two boxes of crystalline powder later determined to be meth being shipped to Australia in September 2020.
