They say he ran and took off in a marked police suv that still had the keys in the ignition leaving a trail of dented and damaged cars as he made his get away east. On Treasure Island officers spotted the car and tried to secure the front gate to stop him from getting away again, they say instead he hit the gas and sped up on the sidewalk right into the path of bystanders and police.
