Problem stalled the scaffolding around 1 30. The two men were trapped in rain, high winds and cold temperatures for nearly 75 minutes. The scaffolding stayed upright but firefighters didnt waste any time. We were able to secure them. The radio downtown to make them. Firefighters couldnt reach the men because the window doesnt open.
