There are some new developments today in the hitandrun crash that landed a San Francisco Police Officer in surveil. Surveillance video released today shows a man running away from the crash scene at broadway and montgomery near montgomery at 2 20 sunday morning. Investigators believe its this man, one of their own, officer christopher kohrs. He owns the damage charger that hit two men in a crosswalk leaving them badly injured. We hold ourselves to a higher standard as Police Officers, and you dont like to see anything like that happen. The kohrs turned himself in eight hours after the accident which could complicate efforts to determine whether he was driving under the influence. That victims name is victor perez and a close family friend tells me hes covered in bruises. He has a broken leg and also hes just found out his jaw is broken in three places.
