South carolina officer Michael Slager behind bars this morning, charged with murder. The threeminute video capturing the shooting death of walter scott over the weekend. When youre wrong, youre wrong. Taped by a bystander, it reveals the 33yearold officer shooting scott in the back. While he ran away.
