Several bart Police Officers still on scene as they investigate. And we just heard an update from bart Police Moments ago who tell us they now have a suspect in custody in this fatal shooting. Bart police tell us that they used camera footage throughout the area to identify a suspect, and were able to locate that suspect, and he is now being detained.
