The Community Foundation of St. Clair County has agreed to contribute $350,000 to a $13 million effort to redevelop the old Art Van building in downtown Port Huron. The project, now called the Wrigley Center, is being spearheaded by local developers Larry Jones and Brent Marshall. The goal is to transform the 48,600-square-foot space into 36 new residential condos, new retail outlets and public event space.
