At the Colorado State penitentiary in canyon city, special attention was made to keep the theater gunman apart from the other prisoners. By chance, james holmes and mark daniels came facetoface last october after a guards radio battery died. In a letter to cbs 4, daniels asked us to contact his father who would speak for him. I asked about the allegation that guards were in on the attack. I would have to say they would have had to turn the cheek for a couple minutes for him to get a hold of him.
