Rangeley Health and Wellness: March into Fitness

Read Article Sometimes it’s hard to stay motivated to exercise. Why not try something new, and check out our fitness classes? Our classes are $10 for members or $12 for non members. Discounted class packs are also available. Due to social distancing guidelines, our classes are capped at 6 participants. We encourage people to sign up in advance on our website or by calling the fitness center. Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Vinyasa Flow is our all-levels yoga class. The flow will include gentle sun salutations, balancing postures, twists, backbends, abdominal exercises, strength building as well as hip openers. This style of class incorporates moving with breath while encouraging students to flow at their own pace, modify and to rest when needed.
