Hundreds of thousands of north carolinians are without power, and flooding still remains a threat for so many. Some of you are having to listen on the radio or are streaming this debate because of no power. We want to thank you and thank both candidates and the viewers, and we hope things return to normal as soon as possible. Let me begin by quickly covering the rules of tonights debate.
