As of February 29, 2024, 1,351 cases have been registered for refusal to go for hire by Bangalore Traffic Police. The cases constitute nearly 87.89 per cent of last year’s cases. In 2023, cases dropped by around 29% with 1,537 cases registered as against 2,183 cases registered in 2022.
