Night after some type of a scuffle, with a School Counselor here this morning. Philadelphia police tell me they likely will not classify this as a homicide. Now around 11 00 officials here in the wordworth academy called police that struggle between a 15 yearold teen at the facility and one of the wordworth counselors. According to investigators a staff member tried reare strange the student putting the boy in the head lock when that 15 year old fell and hit his head apparently this scuffle started after officials discovered an ipod in the students room that was not his. Wordworth academy webb side says this facility is a private nonprivate Behavioral Health and Treatment Center and boy has a history of mental and medical issues him early is.
