This chilling surveillance video. Two men hop out of a van in philadelphias fairmount neighborhood. And they target add guy at gun point. Robbing him. To night those robbers are still out there. Reporter iain, some scary moments for the 27yearold victim who says he was simply out for an Early Morning workout when two men with a gun approached him and jumped him. I seen two guys approach me what appeared to be a gun so i put my hands up.
