In the complaint, the owner of the vehicle describes what appears to be this crash in says he had steering problems before loaning the card to a coworker who died in the crash. The complaint says the Steering Wheel automatically maneuvered to the right direction. However, the contact was able to regain control of the Steering Wheel and maneuvered into the correct lane. The context stated the failure recurred where the lane assist was turned on by default and it would automatically move the Steering Wheel. The contact was concerned that the failure occurred while the coworker was driving.
