Captured on camera, police say this Surveillance Video shows the two men responsible for burglarizing a home and then beating the familys small dog. Nbc bay areas Michelle Roberts just spoke with that dogs owner. Reporter the dog is home tonight and doing okay. But still, not as healthy as it usually is.
