Now the lead investigative team, because it is their jurisdiction. Officers say the shooting followed a care chase around 2 48. We spoke with one man at a local Shopping Center who saw the lead. He said there was a pursuit from a side street onto 84, and later heard about 15 shots. I was turning on to the onramp. The perpetrator came around this corner, ran into her, went up the onramp with officers in pursuit, and right when they got onto 84, gunfire broke out.
