It looks like there could be some construction work. We are seeing slower than usual speeds backed up to about treasure island. It extends to the fremont exit as you come off the skyway. Once you are passed that point and heading into San Francisco, things are moving back at the limit. Right now it is a slow ride as you work your way and head into San Francisco. The rest of the areas are quiet, wrapping up construction south 880 through oakland. Power is still out due to record breaking heat but the purple outage triangles are isolated to the north bay and san mateo county. Power is expected to come back in those areas tonight. All other outages have been mostly restored. Western portion of calistoga has been without power for more than 24 hours. It has become a health and safety issue for residents of rancho de calistoga, a Mobile Home Park for seniors. The daughter of a 95yearold resident tells us she came from new york to help her mom evacuate during the glass fire. They had just returned home saturday when hit with the power shut off.
