A shooting near an antitrump rally. Five people have been shot, two are in critical condition. The whole challenge this is not specific to folks with records, its specific to a lot of people who are unemployed, getting your foot in the door is a huge problem. There are online tracking applications, makes it almost impossible to establish who you are as a person as opposed to your record or you are unemployed for year, whatever it is. Whats the duty is been the box it breaks through that and you have the chance to demonstrate you are as an individual beyond your criminal record. We have 14 states that have enacted these fair chance hiring reforms, over 100 cities and counties but about 60 f. And its a just and the past two years. So theres a lot of movement in that area.
