Coronavirus cases surge in Mansehra after Eid

MANSEHRA: The number of coronavirus cases have surged in the Mansehra district after the Eid ul Azha as the district administration sealed the Bandi Syedain area of Garhi Habibullah following dozens of locals who contracted the virus were shifted to the health facilities.
“We have imposed a smart lockdown and started disinfecting the entire area as dozens of cases have been reported from this locality,” Assistant Commissioner Hasrat Khan, told reporters in Balakot on Monday.
Deputy Commissioner Qasim Ali Khan ordered the enforcement of the smart lockdown and disinfecting of the entire area after Covid-19 cases were reported from the Bandi Syedain and its adjoining areas. ....
