ALL countries including Ireland will consider the re-opening of outdoor living with dining and recreation, amid new Covid-19 transmission evidence, according to the World Health Organisation.
New figures recently revealed that just one confirmed case of Covid-19 in every thousand is traced to outdoor transmission.
