Is so clear and i have known about you since my under graduate days of stanford when we were fighting for your 10year at stanford. I appreciate all you have done. Given all your accomplishments and the demand for your service, i guess my next question is do you have time for this . I sure do. Ive been told by a couple of former members of the commission how much work it is and ive been told the version where you can do the minimalist version but you can do the meaningful version and thats what i choose to do. I pledge to you that i will devote a massive amount of time on this because i want what i believe you want. In the is that 5gallon or less include does that 5gallon or less is what we see in our offices, in a lot of the offices in the city. The dispensaries. When former mayor implemented his executive order reducing the use of single use plastic water bottles, i know our office eliminated the water, the big water container in our office. In our city, our best source tap water come from our hedge reservoir, not from imported plastic jugs. With the city, we spend somewhat some where around 98,000 a year on this type of water in our offices. What i do in my office is we have pitchers of water thats provided to folks so that were not using more and more plastic and that we are being consistent in policies like this. This policy was strongly urged by our department of the environment and i would strongly urge support for it. And i guess the question this is considered a single use container then . Thats why im confused. I thought they keep on using it. So it would be the type of plastic container ....
