Yes. And in terms of looking at rehearing and jurisdiction requests, rehearing requests, nine were denied, two withdrawn. Jurisdiction requests, one was denied, one granted and three withdrawn. The numbers over the years have gone down a built by it in terms of volume and jurisdiction requests. Looking on page 23, geographic distribution, not much changed there over the years. You can see in red, those are all the address points of the permits that were issued to properties at those addresses. So its the northeast quadrant. are a year later and they re allowing 50% dining in restaurants starting tomorrow. over the last year. outdoor dining has become the norm. but with san mateo county now moving to the orange tier restaurants will now be able to open indoors as well at 50% capacity means a lot after one year. he s been like a roller coaster for us. means like opening close. i mean, open more people for customers will capacity to the vacancy indoor. especially when the weather is cold. will be a lot for us when san mateo county opened indoor dining at 25% capacity just 3 weeks ago there was some concern residents won t be ready. they were they don t care where you they want to be and or those who run a lot is in 6th. those restaurants say it s all about the timing. i really think it s just a confident about vaccinations. i kind of feel like everybody has. just kind of jump that hurdle. the move from red to orange means fitness studios like yoga 6 in south san francisco. can open at ....
Into lock down while the police searched for clues. Katy live with the case. Reporter dan and deon, i just spoke with a friend of the victim. He tells me the young man shot and killed here today is a fellow student at the continuation high school. We are not identifying him until police officially do so. Offers just reopened the street within the last ten minutes. I want to show you video of the crime scene. It is further down the street at salve owe and beach street. Police say around 1 30 this afternoon a plaque car pulled up, a fourdoor car, someone got out, approached the group of people at the intersection, and that included the victim. We dont know what was said or any sort of confrontation. We do know the victim was shot. There were several evidence markers at the scene. Witnesses tell us they heard four shots. From there the victim ran on to campus to flee the scene. He was transported to a local hospital and later a come to his injuries. The shooter got away. We are working to ....
