Spoken with investigators with the latest. Reporter the crash happened just before 7 00. The suspect was found around 9 30 in a lake near city park without his clothes on. They believe this is where he ran to hide. It is 25yearold tyler white from tennessee. Police say he was speeding while driving his white dodge charger. The woman inside that prius died as a three other vehicles what we just learned were involved. Several people were rushed to the hospital. Investigators believe white was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. It is unclear how fast he was going. Police say he was definitely going to fast when the crash happened. As workers became involved, the cars in the chain were looked like pool balls got hit in a table scattered in all directions. Reporter white was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Office yesterday. What happened there this morning . Reporter deputies reopened the Boulder County Sheriffs Office just before 11 00 this morning after clearing the scene. Fbi agents had this place shut down for a while this morning while searching that tan Ford Explorer you see in connection with the improvised explosive device that was found in a backpack tuesday in front of the Nederland Police department. Taking a look at this video here that we just scene tape after finding nothing suspicious inside the suv. An fbi spokesperson says agents searched the vehicle out of an abundance of caution. When the suvs owner came forward with information. Late tuesday night a sergeant coming into work saw the backpack and brought it into the station, thinking it was left there on accident.
