Fbi agents had this place shut down for a while this morning while searching that tan Ford Explorer you see in connection with the improvised explosive device that was found in a backpack tuesday in front of the Nederland Police department. Taking a look at this video here that we just scene tape after finding nothing suspicious inside the suv. An fbi spokesperson says agents searched the vehicle out of an abundance of caution. When the suvs owner came forward with information. Late tuesday night a sergeant coming into work saw the backpack and brought it into the station, thinking it was left there on accident. A bomb squad discovered it was early wednesday morning. Now fbi agents are conducting interviews, examining the device and working this case around the clock they say to try to determine who left it there. Oh, its a big deal because its so scary.
