Morning long. Lets go to her live now. I understand this is not the teens first run in with the law either. Reporter this teenager had multiple warrants out for his arrest. We do know he was doing just about everything he could to evade police and Colorado State patrol. At one point this chase became so dangerous, that police had to call it off. It was just before 11 00 last night when the teen flew past a georgetown he was headed east along i70, clocked at 110 miles per hour. The officer caught up to him only because he was slowed down by traffic. The driver pulled over, but quickly changed his mind and took off. The chase continued reaching speeds of 120 miles per hour. Thats when the officer decided it was too dangerous and he had to call it off. But it didnt end there. About two minutes later the unsuspecting state trooper in his car. He tried to do an amateur pit maneuver on the troopers vehicle, crashed into his vehicle and fled past him. The driver crashed here at the 239 exit,

Campaign in colorado tomorrow. We sent our jamie leary to the office, the campaign office, when we got a call about that graffiti into the cbs4 newsroom. Shes live at the scene now. Jamie. Reporter alan, just behind me on the windows the letter, l, was spray painted and around this corner youll want to take a look at this. This is where a majority of the graffiti was right around here. Theyre working on Power Washing it off now. Its not completely gone, but it is doing the job. E special Graffiti Task force, but it was a Good Samaritan with a power washer who volunteered to clean up the mess. Denver police were notified of the graffiti just before 7 30 this morning. Without surveillance its a hard case to crack. A volunteer got to work with his power washer. The headquarters here has been vandalized before. Makes the others similar minor. To have an excellent conversation with president elect trump. It was wide ranging. We talked about some of the organizational issues in setting up a white house. We talked about foreign policy. We talked about domestic policy. And as i said last night, my number one priority in the coming two months is to try to facilitate a transition that ensures successful, and i have been very encouraged by i think interest in president elect trumps wanting to work with my team around many of the issues that this great country faces, and i believe that it is important for all of us preferences to now come together, Work Together to deal with the many challenges that we in this case. And in the meantime, michelle has had a chance to brief the incoming first lady and we had an excellent conversation with her as well and we want to make sure that they feel welcome as they prepare to make this transition. Just northeast of where we are yesterday afternoon. And while the investigation officials says it was intentionally set. Its not hard for fires to start in these conditions, just look at how dry it is around me, incredible dry right now and you can hear the brush crunching beneath my feed. I dont show you yesterday, that fire, when it started. The fire blew up yesterday afternoon. It started on farm land in brighton around 1 30 in the a time it was out at 5 00 yesterday evening, it had burned through more than 300 acres of dry brush and weeds. Fire crews were able to protect the major structures. There were two, however, unused sheds that were destroyed. What made it difficult other than the dry conditions was the wind. The wind reached up to 20 milesperhour at one point. Now, this morning, the winds still is a little factor too. And again, its dry. Its going on average National Weather service says october 18th is when the city of denver typically see its first snow fall. Last year it
