Working on this project really to fine tune it and see if we can come up with a better approach so this gives you in a nutshell i have a question on the recapture project and i cant find the reference in my notes but i recall in the reconfiguration of the project there was a range of water production depending on the approach you took and it looks as though were choosing to fund at the low end of the range and im wondering why that is. I cant answer you that question right now i will get back to you on that but we were coming up with a different combinations if we recover this water and have to mix it and how do we the Treatment Plant and i think those combinations are the ones giving us extra design features. So commissioner if i can interject so you have to have a point of diversion and have to have a water right for that point of diversion so its a much more complex question so we can come back into the water rights question and the recapture of water in the alameda creek. Summer and we that had clean up and the young people helped facilitate that event. Demand closing lifting up the engagement of the work of the young people did. We did a much better job this summer of creating opportunities for the young people to talk about their final work product. So we did an event of the San Francisco Public Library where the young people showed these documentaries that they made over the summer that we had a great turnout that we made over the summer and this Advisory Committee toond show case their good work. The truth is when you hear them talking around our content whether its biogas and the system and talk about what Civil Engineers do, i give some of these examples just to expose light on we are really trying to get the young people to be able to see. Had are is what Civil Engineers do. We had a lot of engineers do and we talked about it and this is what they do and there is different types of Civil Engineers. We do a much better job of providing opportunity
