Police think this could be one or two shooters that walked up to the victims and open fire. Police at the scene counted 27 shell casings, so a lot of gunfire. The victims range in age from 18 to 26 years old. The Detective Division is on scene trying to locate suspects and figure out a motive for this. And trying to find any Surveillance Video in that area, and seven victims are at temple and two are at hahnemann.
