The shooting happened at 23rd and sergeant street, and this was a group of relatives that lived in the area and outside at the time and having a good time when the shots were fired at them. Police think this could be one or two shooters that walked up to the victims and open fire. Police at the scene counted 27 shell casings, so a lot of gunfire. The victims range in age from 18 to 26 years old. The Detective Division is on scene trying to locate suspects and figure out a motive for this. And trying to find any Surveillance Video in that area, and seven victims are at temple and two are at hahnemann.
