Hurricane joaquin is going to stay east enough it maybe not give us too many problems but before joaquin we have a noreaster developing. Flood watching have been posted for just about everything except north of i70 towards hagerstown. 2 to 4 inches or more of additional rain will be possible. Some areas had 5 inches the other night. Heres a look at first alert doppler. Weve had some light showers here but look whats going on. This rain has really picked up here. In Prince Georges County along the beltway here, Central Avenue up towards route 50 and parts of ann arundel county youve been see seeing this rain this morning.
