This Surveillance Video shows the same dogs cornering the teenager earlier in the day. Neighbors say the animals have en terrorizing the neighborhood for months. The dogs attacked the woman in and around minnesota avenue in southeast. News4s Jackie Bensen joins us now with what police uncovered as they went inside the home.
