Well, it turns out its a couple of people who are shining a flashlight near the guardrail. As im looking at them i come across and its a turn. I come across their car, which was disabled, with no lights on it, in the middle of the fast lane there. And i had to swerve quickly to get out of the way. I mean, it got my heart beating really fast. I was almost part of that crash there. It would have built up and built up because there was no flares, no lighting there to make anybody aware that there was s
