the rain is triggering mixed feelings for the people in the santa cruz mountains, they want the water, but worry about what it can do to the thousands of acres that were ravaged by that fire in september. robert honda is at the lexington reservoir. what s the biggest concern tonight where you are. there are concerns and there are some benefits they hope to get out of it the water district says it hopes to get up to 4,000 acre feet of water from the storm. as you heard, the storm could cause problems in the fire area. and make it hard for keeping the reservoirs from being clogged there. many property owners are watching today s rain with dread, sandbags can be seen along the road, diverting fire away. the fire burned 1500 acres since september. norman noble lost a utility shed and flames scorched his property. he s worked hard to divert water. the areas burned hotter than other places, so everything s gone. that s going to be they have the water district taking ....
