Reporters were here earlier today. And one item they found was a cigarette butt tossed on to the carpet outside one of the offices. Investigators hope any evidence left on that and other items could lead to the thieves. They broke the door and came through here. Reporter burglars in a brazen charity heist may have left behind some clues near the make a wish foundations back entrance, a crowbar. Make a wishs auction manager Tamara Burnett thinks it may have been used to pry open the charitys doors. Ransacked the office and steal thousands of dollars worth of items. Top of the building and Fire Fighters say it was tough to get to the top of the building. There are four flights of steps to get to the top to fight the flames. The Fire Department says the power line on the engine also hindered their firefighting efforts but they were able to control the flames fairly quickly in the main home where the fire started. The fire jumped to the two buildings to the left and right of the home. The homes possibly had apartments and one of the buildings. It was contained to the exterior of one of those homes but made it to the inside of the other. Again nobody has been injured at. Less than two days after a derailment in ontario, canada caused crude oil to burn. The incidents are being watched closely by cities and environmentalists fighting a proposal by phillips 66. These crude trains go through the San Francisco bay watershed, through the mountains, near significant Drinking Water sources for communities all across the state. The group says the explosive pictures show a derailment can be more than just cars tipping over. Berkeley is sending a letter to the department of transportation demanding stricter safety regulations. The blast zone is a half a mile from the railroad tracks. That in berkeley means that its also in our watershed. A group led by a councilman sent a letter to San Luis Obispo officials to plan a Community Meeting in midmarch for people who live along the south bay rail line.
