Charles. chuck well, the Santa Rosa Police department, the Sonoma CountySheriffs Office and the Coroners Office are calling this a disturbing trend and they want to warn the public. Over the past ten days, 5 people in santa rosa have died from apparent drug overdoses. 3 men and 2 women, ages 2766. The Sonoma CountySheriffs Office says that 3 of the victims died in public places. Sot toxicology tests on the victims showed they all had heroin in their systems but its highly unusual for so many people to die from overdos ....
