Its been a frustrating friday commute for so many drivers bound for the bay bridge toll plaza. They have been sitting in delays from the macarthur maze at oakland. As we go back to live pictures from chopper 5, perched high above the macarthur maze in the east bay, you could see all the red brake lights there traffic stacked up from beyond the 580 24 interchange.
