USHealth Advisors, LLC, Judge Pittman, of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, denied Aaron Hirsch’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion for Class Certification, which was based on allegations that USHealth Advisors, LLC (“USHA”) and USHealth Group, Inc.
