It is a desperate search and race against time. The confirmed death toll right now stands at 4 people, but you know more than 150 people who were in that building when it went down, well, they re still unaccounted for. Possibly many of those trapped under the mountain of debris. And if as investigators try to determine exactly what caused this tragedy, we are now learning an inspection report from 2018 warned that, quote, major structural damage in a part of the building this a part of the concrete, they say, was not designed to move water away from the structure.
