A CLOSE friend of Harry and Meghan said that the interview was the new baseline for the couple to move on and get on with their charity and media work.
After the Welsh star’s slot on BBC Breakfast last weekend, fans took to Twitter to discuss how much they enjoyed his forecast.
One user said they were “loving the new happy, happy weather man” and another praised his “great weather reporting”.
A third wrote: “Morning Owain, a breath of fresh (if chilly) air having you on the box and in the studio this morning.
“Love the delivery and presentation hope you’ve brought along the drums for an encore for your last slot! Have a great Sat.”

Naga Munchetty has said the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should be “free to talk about their situation” following the broadcast of their candid television interview.
The broadcaster told the BBC’s Morning Live the revelations made during their discussion with Oprah Winfrey will be a talking point for “days on end”.
She said she wishes the couple “luck”.

Discussing the interview, she said: “I think if people feel they need to speak up about their situation, all power to them and I think the scrutiny around them, you have to just, in any of those situations, you have to just be aware of what’s important.

Naga Munchetty was on air at a different time than usual today as she presented BBC’s Panorama which was exploring race and racism in Britain. The BBC Breakfast presenter wanted to find out about the different forms and variations of racism and speak to those who have experienced it. She openly discussed the first time she received racist abuse at the age of seven and the comments she receives, as an adult, for her presenting position on the BBC.
