More than 80% of the daily business for restaurants and bars will be wiped out in Haryana with night curfew in the state and many top chains are planning to shut down till the restriction is in force, executives at large dining chains said.
“The 9 pm-onwards curfew means we have to shut down at 8 pm. This is not sustainable at all and doesn’t cover the costs of operating. Lunch business is very small since most people are working from home in any case,” said Zorawar Kalra, MD of Massive Restaurants, which runs marquee restaurants Farzi Cafe and Made In Punjab, among others.

JAMMU, Apr 4: Theatre group âNatrangâ here today staged Hindi play âJangiram Ki Haveliâ written by Gurusharan Singh and designed-directed by Neeraj Kant.
This play once was very popular in north India and has been staged for over thousand times to sensitize masses about the core issues of prevalent political corruption.
The plays addressed political and social issues from a revolutionary perspective and it revolved around the story of four residents of a downtrodden Haveli of âJangiramâ who died leaving the residents helpless.
