âNatrangâ stages play âJangiram Ki Haveliâ

JAMMU, Apr 4: Theatre group âNatrangâ here today staged Hindi play âJangiram Ki Haveliâ written by Gurusharan Singh and designed-directed by Neeraj Kant.
This play once was very popular in north India and has been staged for over thousand times to sensitize masses about the core issues of prevalent political corruption.
The plays addressed political and social issues from a revolutionary perspective and it revolved around the story of four residents of a downtrodden Haveli of âJangiramâ who died leaving the residents helpless.
The âHaveliâ is symbolic to the country and the residents represent the citizens of the country. The residents being overly dependent on âJangiramâ did not know how to survive without him and they were troubled by this situation after which they sought the h
