CORNWALL, Ontario – Dr. Paul Roumeliotis, Medical Officer of Health for the Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) shared some positive news in his bi-weekly media conference call on Monday, April 26. The EOHU is starting to see the curve of new COVID-19 cases trending downwards after peaking at around Easter. The region currently sits at a seven-day rolling average of 85.1 new COVID-19 cases, down from a peak of 154.1 on the week of April 15. ....

Of the new cases, seven are in Cornwall, one in South Glengarry, two in South Stormont, one in North Stormont, two in North Dundas, four in Russell, four in Casselman, one in The Nation, two in Champlain, one in Alfred & Plantagenet, and six in Clarence-Rockland.
