Duffield Associates LLC announced the addition of Jim Johnson Jr., PE, to its expanding coastal services practice.
Johnson has more than 40 years of experience in the public- and private-sector infrastructure market and will continue his unwavering commitment to providing creative, sustainable solutions for Duffield clients.
While serving as chief engineer of the Delaware Department of Transportation and executive director of the Delaware River & Bay Authority, he led the execution of capital programs; implemented organizational initiatives to improve transparency, accountability and accessibility; and fostered a collaborative, team-based approach to problem solving.
Previously, he held corporate leadership roles responsible for project execution, business development and strategic planning. He led the successful completion of the $45M Guam Commercial Port Improvement Program for the U.S. Department of Transportation – Maritime Administra
