pham was last seen. they passed out flyers in several languages hoping someone saw something. she was found stabbed to death in her crashed car two weeks ago. she was last seen leaving the fairfax shopping center. they believe her killer was in the car when she left the center. two men posing as police officers are off the street. the men had everything from the uniforms to badges to flashing lights. after they tricked their unsuspecting victims they assaulted and robbed them. darcy spencer has more. >> reporter: prince george's county police say these two men, daniel blalock and ventura attacked and robbed two victims in langly park while posing as police officers. they thought they were being robbed by police officers? >> yes, and we later found out they were just police impersonators. >> reporter: the men, who are believed to be security guards, pulled up to the victims of 15th avenue in a black suv with flashing green strobe lights. they jumped out and robbed and assaulted the victims and took their wallet. the suspects had -- >> badges, police written across their clothing. they were dressed in police duty gear. and it just led the victims to believe that they were police officers. >> reporter: police believe this may not be the first time the suspects have struck. they want to hear from anyone else who may have been robbed. >> if they believe that they were approached by individuals fitting thee descriptions, please give us a call. anyone that impersonates a police officer to prey on innocent, it's a cowardly act. a 10-year-old boy is seriously we are going to lose at least one lane on 16th street. why? because of that wall you mentioned here, bordering meridian hill park. at points it's 35 feet high and 96 years old, historic wall. it needs to be stabilized. it will take three months. you can see some cars parked along 16th. they are going to have to move because a northbound lane will be closed. cars cannot be parked in the southbound lane. let's show you the exact area, 16th street down to crescent drive, about 600 feet of wall along 16th street. the national park service says it will begin its work about 6:00 in the morning. we should expect crews here at any moment and go until 5:00 at night. work on stabilizing this historic wall will take three months. reporting live in northwest, i'm kimberly suiters, news 4. bp says it
