eleanor was one two people killed when driver slammed through pop lash newton restaurant earlier this year. the lawsuit was filed by an attorney representing her husband claiming driver of tomato last march was negligent. the district attorney says driver brad for was a speeding and ran a red light that evening around dinner time the da says he never hit the brakes even after his suv smashed into two other cars before hopping curb sp going into that packed restaurant. two people died that night several others were seriously hurt keys he appeared in court last month. he was charged criminally
