orders have been lifted, many are heading home or seeking help at shelter in lake county. federal aid will be available for homeowners is with immediate needs, temporary housing assistance, rental assistance and low cost loans for small businesses. for so many people in this area, the recovery process is only just beginning. >> we lost everything, so it's all a process of restarting and applying for everything that we can help wise. >> in the meantime, search crews will be back out again today looking through all that debris for the remains of a man still missing after the valley fire. 61-year-old robert lich man hasn't been seen since 12 days ago. we understand he did not have any sort of transportation, but refused to evacuate his home in lower lake. meantime, searchers trying to confirm identity of a fourth victim found in the rubble on tuesday night. the remains are believed to be 66-year-old robert fletcher, found in the community of cobb. cal fire crews still working hard. stilt the valley fire -- estimate the valley fire burned 66,000 acres. crews still trying to build a line all the way around the burn area and right now the fire is 82% contained. a lot false statements to a government agency and threatening employees with economic harm. he owns hong kong lounge restaurants on gary boulevard. he allegedly underpaid employees by more than $90,000 and demanded they cash checks from the labor department and turn the money over to him. he could face up to 25 years in prison. kentucky county clerk kim davis faces more legal troubles as they continues
