at a commute that is going to gate little bit busier at the bay bridge. i was not surprised but i kind of thought we might have a little bit of a break. but we really don't at the bay bridge toll plaza. you do see slow traffic here. it is backed up for a 10-15 minute delay. we haven't had a lot going on. we did have an accident in daly city awhile ago with an overturned big rig. they are still working on that and traffic is going to be okay. let's go out and take a look at interstate 880 north and southbound here. that traffic is doing okay. southbound 280 in daly city they are still clearing a truck accident there. they actually took someone to local hospital and they will be tested to the chp. it could be a case of driving under the influence. and one last thing we want to talk about here is the east bay commute is waking up a little bit. we are seeing slow traffic on 680 southbound out of pleasanton heading to fremont. now at 6:17 let's go to steve. we do have a rather significant low cloud deck. some mist and drizzle cost and bay. over all that breeze is behind it too. it's an on shore breeze. they came way down. a lot of 70s and low 80s through the interior. pretty good size fog bank there. these are the average highs. 79 palo alto. 82 san jose. today 75 and 82. 74 and 76 and speaking of san jose, the average high 82, today 76. the low average high is 56. that is exactly what they are right now. the record 2000 108 in san jose and the record low 1895 when it was a brisk 37. for san francisco actually dipped to 52. 59 and then a high of 62. that is below average. it should be four degrees warmer than that. low cloud deck helped along. 50s for most on the temps. right at 50 for alamo. 52 half-moon bay. temperatures most locations are running a few degrees cooler than 24 hours ago. livermore three cooler. concord is three cooler. napa one. fairfield one. i don't see how we can warm up in that kind of scenario. west at hayward. west at livermore. it's come down a little bit. 60s and 70s through the interior. 34 up in truckee. 52 bodega bay. but inside the bay water temps are warm. somebody is getting rain. but the big weather maker will be this system coming out of the gulf. they will get anywhere from 8- 10 inches of rain and this whole system will rotate through up to the north and then northeast and it's going to be a wet, wet week for many here across the country here. not here we have the low cloud deck in place. cooler for most. cool lows on many of these. 80s for some. but temperatures i took down a couple degrees for some of the inland temps and kept it the same as yell. for others not much change. >> all right. monday we're ready. >> yes, sir. there is a good reason a photo cut of florida has gone viral. it is an actual photo. it was taken by richard jones. it shows a raccoon standing on top of an alligator. it was spotted in the national forest yesterday morning. this is certainly a photo of a lifetime. it's kind of that story with the fox. >> that is too wild. like a taxi. time is 6:21. they are purple. they are kind of ugly and they are turning up on east bay beaches. coming up in 23 minutes the reason these sea creatures could be suddenly washing ashore. plus. >> we were young and adventurous and we decided to go for it. >> they are in their 90s now but the women were the real life rosyivitiers. rosie riveters. back to our coverage of the nba finals. game five. the crowd was sprinkled with celebrities once again. can we pause for a minute? enter don't touch it. >> from oakland to the bay. mc hammer was there. boxer floyd mayweather was also at last nights game. he's also attended previous nba finals. can't touch these guys. >> no. >> singer usher also sang the national anthem in cleveland and he was there. actually a part owner of the cavaliers. i didn't know that. singer rihanna also reportedly at the game. piece of oakland art is come becoming a hot destination. we showed you this must recall being painted on an empty building. the artists go by the name ill luminaries. the artists put the finishing touches on the mural just a couple days ago. >> everybody has been getting a kick at it stopping by and saying hello. >> a picture of steph curry and mcdre painted over the words. they are 60 feet wide by 207 feet tall. the display has attracted fans from all over even outside the bay area. many of them taking the selfie in front of the art display. >> pam cook has seen it so i have to go see it. a new sign daughter took over the world or at least the worldwide weekend box office. >> he just went and made a new dinosaur? probably not a good idea. >> jurassic world set a new gallol ball record. it set $512 million in the first week and earned $204 million in the u.s.. that is the second highest domestic premier weekend of all time. the movie spy came in number two. san andreas and pitch perfect two round out the top five. some of the unsung heros of world war ii they visited the bay area and for the first time they saw the movie yum dedicated to their work. as a group they are known as rosie the riveter. this year they held their annual celebration in richmond which is home to the rosie the riveter national park. they traded girlhood dreams. they built planes and ships used by allied troops during world war ii. they were humble then but they are proud of how they served their nation. >> we wanted to get the ships built so we could give our boys what they needed to fight with. >> it was our mission to get these troops home. >> the women hadn't stepped in and worked, we would have probably lost the war. >> incredible story. women of all ethnicities were rosie the riveters. they were also the start of the civil rights and the equal rights movements. most of the women now in their 90s fewer than a hundred of them are still alive and they still look good. bravo to them. >> they are ready to go. amazing. 6:27 is the time. a rough commute in the south bay. what a new report says about highway 87 during rush hour. >> a ruling by the california supreme court could have a huge impact on how much affordable housing is built in the bay area. we'll explain coming up. you wish your dog could fight off fleas and ticks. but since he can't... you rely on frontline plus. because frontline plus unleashes a deadly killing force to kill fleas and ticks, plus flea eggs and larvae, preventing a new infestation. its protection lasts a full 30 days. no wonder frontline plus is the #1 choice of vets for their pets and yours. after all, your dog is a lover not a fighter. frontline plus. the vet's #1 choice. ñw? it kind of felt like june, steve. the city gets fog in june and other of us get sun. >> pretty typical here. >> yeah. >> a lot of fog. you step outside. >> it's gray and a little nippy out. >> windy for some. that is correct. temperatures i think stay the same as yesterday. maybe even a little cooler. it was a rather significant fog bank that has been pushing well inland. when that happens you combine that with a gust of 30 plus. that is my barometer for his time of year. clear and calm. there is a nice picture. if you're up above it, yeah it's pretty nice. most are stuck in it including oakland which isover cast. and 54. lughole 62 at noon. a high of 68 degrees. 50s on many of these temps. they are on the cooler side. gust to 28 to 32. there is a westerly breeze in place. over all it will be slow to burn back. sunny and breezy to windy. cooler for most today. the lows are on the cool side. 80s. these are a little bit below average. sal, thanks to a quieter something picked up here. >> things have picked up a little bit, steve, on this monday. we do have slow traffic out there. we have a 20-25 minute delay. the ramp from 880 is also crowded. nothing too bad getting into san francisco. northbound 280 at john daly there is an over turned truck. it's surprising to me the traffic isn't worse. you might want to use your favorite side roads to get around this problem. northbound 280 it's over turned on to the shoulder but we have some lanes taken away from this crash. it's been out there for awhile. let's go to one more thing and that would be a look at highway 101 in san jose. so all and all i would say this commute is not too bad but we are already beginning to see slow traffic on many of the freeways. 6:32 let's go back to the desk. did you watch the warriors game? the golden state warriors need one more win now to claim the nba championship this family is happy. steph curry's takes a toll on your body. as you can imagine he was incredible in a critical game five. >> curry for three. exclamation point. >> reporter: the league mvp he was dynamite. he helped to seal the deal in game five here at oracle last night. he dropped in 37 points. he had 17 of those in the fourth quarter. just as they did the game before, the warriors went a small lineup. iguodala started in place of center andrew. it worked out well but this was a hard fought game most of the way through. a lot of lead changes. it was a tight game until the warriors finally were able to pull away late and they ended up winning 104-91. of course lebron james he did his thing. dropped in 40 points on another way to a triple-double. now the warriors they have to focus in. they head out to cleveland later today and they are looking to close out the cavs. but of course we all know king james he's not going to go down without a fight. >> i feel confident because i'm the best player in the world. simple. >> close out game it's always the hardest game in every series. but particularly in the finals what i'm excited about is i think we can play a lot better. that's what i told our team. i think we can do much better. >> reporter: and with the warriors now on the road for game six, a potential clenching game, fans will be led into oracle arena for a watch party so they can watch the game on the jumbo tons. the warriors told sixties for $15 a piece. unfortunately we have to tell you it is sold out. however you may be able to find tickets on some roadway sell sites and they are going for quite a bit of money. sol obviously the warriors have a chance to do it, dave, but lebron james standing in the way and as you heard he is a confident man. he knows he's the best player in the world. and i don't think there is any doubt about it. i'm not going to argue with him. >> okay. we leave it. one of the warriors catches is with him. he was named the strength and conditioning coaches of the year. lyle san jose was put into effect in 2010 as way to help deal with the affordable housing crisis. but it's been on hold because the california building industry association has challenged it. the state supreme court is expected to decide today to invalidate the requirements. they argue that it's unconstitutional taking of property. city officials see the lack of affordable because housing as a big issue. the medium price of home is nearly $874,000. >> i know developers are in it for money and you know you've got to do the right thing. people got to do the right thing. let's help everybody out. they should do that. you know it's only minute. once the developer sells, they are out. >> reporter: city officials say the ordnance is one of their last hopes in securing housing for low income
