"these were very deliberate killings." prosecutor jeff calm manner in which he says uber driver jason brian dalton carried out saturday night's shooting spree. "this wasn't hurried in any way, shape or form. they're on video. we've watched the video with law enforcement." dalton's alleged rampage played over the course of nearly seven hours... ...starting at an apartment complex late saturday afternoon.... ...where police say he gunned down a woman in the parking lot. the victim is hospitalized, and expected to survive... ....her neighbors described the horrifying attack. "he was here to kill." more than four hours later, another attack - a father and his teenage son shot and killed at a car dealership. just minutes after that, police say dalton opened fire on five people in a restaurant and injuring another. he was finally arrested just after 12:30 am sunday morning. a passenger who rode with dalton before the rampage described troubling behavior. " the cosby lawyers also argued that the converstations camille has had with her husband are confidential, but a judge ruled yesterday that the deposition hearing will go on. sports reporter erin andrews is set to return to nashville for her negligence lawsuit against marriott hotels. the suit stems from a case in 20-08 in which a man rigged hotel peepholes and filmed andrews changing clothes. andrews accuses marriott and others of allowing a man to book rooms next to hers, enabling him to make the videos. andrews is seeking 75- million dollars. the u-s supreme court will resume hearing cases today in the first session since antonin scalia's death. thousands of people attended scalia's funeral saturday. bells tolled for him as his flag draped casket was carried into the basilica of the national shrine of the immaculate conception in washington d.c. author harper lee was laid to rest at a private funeral in her hometown of monroeville alabama saturday. lee died friday at the age of 89. a group of local veterans will be cycling with purpose today. how a program in reno is helping rehabilitate service men and women in distress. experts weigh in...on stepping on the scale...how often you do it, may sabotage your weight loss efforts.
