Reno police tell us one person is in custody in connection with an Armed Robbery at the Maverik Convenience store on stead boulevard early monday morning. The standoff started around 11 last night. Swat was called to the scene and negotiated with the suspect. No injuries were reported. Deputies are looking for the man who they say crashed his truck into an Apartment Building in carson city last night triggering a gas leak. About 20 people were evacuated from the Sierra Springs apartments on hot springs road. The leak shut down part of the road between tiger drive and roop street but it has since reopened.
